In Mannsfield State Penitentiary, only 12 prisoners reside in East Wing. 12 men who have committed horrendous crimes – rapists, murderers, gangsters, dealers... Violence is a way of life and the only law is what you are willing to do to stay alive. Corruption bleeds down from the top.
