Theodore is alone. Far from the Earth’s surface, he's a miner on a distant penal colony planet. Sending extraterrestrial minerals to Earth via an interplanetary delivery system. It’s an experimental colonization project, and he is the only prisoner there until a young woman named Niyya is sent to the planet on terrorist charges. Alone and isolated the two convicts begin to learn more about each other and Niyya suspects an ugly truth lies deep in Theodore’s deteriorating mind.
